Nora & Jake | Elegant, Classic Wedding at 1705 Prime in Raleigh, NC
A hot August day. Clear blue skies, no threat of rain. A cool and elegant venue. All that's missing from a complete picture is a couple who are best friends, totally in love, who love to laugh together and could not be happier to be marrying one another.
Enter Nora and Jake. They crafted a sweet and simple wedding day centered around time spent connecting with family and friends, relaxing, drinking and dancing, and, most of all, getting close and enjoying each other's company. Nora's brother, Sean, officiated their wedding ceremony, and even though they'd had a first look earlier in the day, Jake still teared up when he saw his beautiful bride from the top of the aisle. All their wedding centerpieces were handmade, including flowers crafted from pages from copies of Pride and Prejudice, Nora's favorite book; the centerpieces also featured painted corks, showcasing two of Nora's favorite things: wine and glitter!
Every element of the day came together beautifully, and Nora and Jake exuded complete happiness in each other's presence throughout the entire day. We are so grateful to have been a part of such a sweet and fun wedding day. A million congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs.!
