Mina & Jay | Duke Chapel & University Club Durham Wedding
Wedding: 7 September 2019 | Posted: 20 January 2020
Mina & Jay planned a perfectly elegant wedding celebration, which just so happened to take place on one of the most perfectly beautiful early September days imaginable. Their friends and family gathered at the ever-gorgeous Duke Chapel for a ceremony conducted in both English & Korean before heading to the high up and beautiful University Club for some of the best possible views of our beautiful Durham, dinner, toasts, and dancing.
One of my favorite things about Mina & Jay is their overall vibe: they have such joyful hearts, laugh so much, and are sweet and loving to everyone they encounter. Much of their wedding day was spent in laughter (see: Mina & bridesmaids, Jay & groomsmen's Power Rangers pose, cake cutting, toasts, Jay's epic dance moves), and once they were together, they barely left each other's sides. They are among the absolute sweetest couples we have ever had the pleasure to photograph, and their day was a treat to witness from beginning to end.
We wish Mina & Jay every possible happiness in their marriage and in life! Enjoy a selection of our favorites from their wedding day, and wish them well in the comments below!
P.S. Extra special thanks to my good friend Jessica Berkowitz for stepping in to second shoot on short notice!
